Sunday Suffolk Police were called to the Philadelphia Bible Way Community Church, located at 1411 Montauk Highway in East Patchogue, after shots were found to be fired into the front of the church.
A bullet hole was clearly visible in one of the front windows of the church. Police called in crime scene section to conduct an investigation.
No word on when the shooting happened but, according to police, they were notified at around 11:30am Sunday. There were no injuries. The area was taped off while police conducted the investigation.
