Selden, NY- This afternoon around 3pm a Suffolk Police SUV responding south on South Evergreen Dr. collided with a pickup truck at the corner of Elmwood Ave.
Both the driver of the civilian vehicle and the officer were being treated by Selden FD EMS. Both of their injuries are, luckily, minor in nature.
The roadway was closed down while police conducted photos of the scene.
No word on what caused the crash at this time.
