Suffolk Police and multiple fire department water rescue units, as well as Suffolk and Nassau marine units, responded to West Neck Beach in Lloyd Harbor for a reported car into the water.
Upon arrival units had a vehicle partially submerged in the water and were able to pull at least one person from the vehicle. Awaiting official info on that patient’s condition from police.
It is unknown how the vehicle ended up in the water at this time. Suffolk Police detectives are investigating the incident.
