Suffolk County Police arrested an Albany man for stabbing a Coram woman to death at her home.
Homicide Squad detectives arrested Kason Parker on October 24 and charged him with Murder 2nd Degree. Parker, 33, of 11 Teunis St., Albany, will be arraigned today at First District Court in Central Islip.
Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating a stabbing that killed a woman in Coram yesterday afternoon.
A 911 caller reported an injured woman at 19 Harford Drive at 4:45 p.m. When police arrived at the scene they found a woman, who had sustained stab wounds, on the front lawn of the residence.
The victim, Meghan Kiefer, 27, a resident of 19 Harford Drive, was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
