Suffolk County Police Fifth Squad detectives are investigating a motor vehicle crash that injured a man in North Patchogue on December 4 at approximately 7:55 p.m.
A 24-year-old man was struck while in the street by a 2008 Dodge Avenger that was traveling northbound on Route 112 near Barton Avenue. The victim was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Dodge was not injured.
Detectives are asking anyone with information about this crash to call the Fifth Squad at 631-854-8552.
