Just after midnight an out of control car slammed into the front steps of a house on Wilson Blvd in Central Islip.
The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non life threatening injuries. Nobody inside the home was injured and it appears there is no structural damage to the home.
Suffolk Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
