Garden City detectives report the arrest of New Hyde Park man for Forcible Touching that occurred on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 5:10 pm in Garden City.
According to detectives, on January 2, 2021, the female victim, 48, went to a scheduled massage appointment at Ospa located at 927 Franklin Avenue. The victim entered a room to obtain a neck and shoulder massage. While lying in the room, the male giving the massage inappropriately touched her. The victim left the business and later notified the police.
A thorough investigation was conducted and Sut-ho Leung, 59, was arrested.
It was determined Leung does not have a license to give massages.
Defendant Leung is charged with Forcible touching, Sexual Abuse 3rd Degree, Unauthorized Practice of Profession and Assault 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Thursday, January 7, 2021 in Mineola.
