Manorville, NY – Jack Giusto, 9, of Manorville, has been identified as the passenger in a Hyundai who was killed in a motor vehicle crash on South Street in Manorville on July 22nd. His brother, Parker Giusto, 21, Manorville, has been identified as the driver of the Hyundai.
Joseph Macedonio was driving a 2014 Ford F-150 westbound on South Sreet when his truck struck a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe traveling eastbound on South Street, at approximately 11:35 AM. Macedonio, 25, of Manorville, the driver of the Hyundai, and his passenger were all transported to Stony Brook University Hospital. The driver of the Hyundai was transported via Suffolk County Police helicopter.
Both vehicles were impounded for safety checks.
