Bolivar Rodriguez, one of four people shot at a Copiague deli on December 12, has been pronounced dead.

Homicide Squad detectives charged Dionicio Calderon-Oseguera, 62,  with one count of Murder 2nd Degree and three counts of Attempted Murder 2nd Degree. He will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on December 14.

Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating a shooting that killed one man and seriously injured three other men in Copiague last night.

First Precinct officers responded to a report of shots fired at La Vaquita Corp. deli, located at 2340 Great Neck Road, at approximately 6:10 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene they found four men had been shot inside the deli.

One man, who has not yet been identified by police, was pronounced dead at the scene.  The owner of the deli, Bolivar Rodriguez, 61, of Amityville, as well as Juan Ramone Avilla Roque, 30, of North Amityville, and Daniel E. Acosta, 40, of Copiague, were transported to local hospitals with serious injuries.
