Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are investigating a shooting that injured two men in Coram last night.
A 27-year-old man and a 40-year-old man were traveling westbound on Middle Country Road, near Winfield Davis Drive, in a 2004 Volkswagen Touareg, when they were each struck once by gun shots fired from a passing motor vehicle, at approximately 10:40 p.m. The victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
