At approximately 1:20 AM, Suffolk County Police and Lakeland Fire Department responded to 13th Avenue and Comac Loop in Ronkonkoma for a reported car vs tractor trailer with two victims trapped.
Upon arrival units had two victims trapped in a vehicle that was pinned underneath the tractor trailer that was stretched across the roadway.
Fire and Emergency Services Units worked to extricate the victims and they were both transported to area hospitals for serious injuries.
Suffolk County Police are investigating the incident.
